ABC of the employment

A neatly packed information package about the basics of employment relationships and employers’ obligations. The training is aimed for new entrepreneurs, supervisors, or persons responsible for human resources. The training is also most beneficial to persons transferring to such positions.

Employment relationships are governed by many rules and regulations. Laws and collective agreements define to what extent an employer and an employee can make agreements and determine the rights and obligations of the parties.

Legal terminology can sometimes be challenging to understand, and the maze of rules and regulations can even seem frightening. This training covers the basics of employment relationships and translates the legalese into a more understandable form.
